Need for Bilingual Educators Moves School Recruitment Abroad

Mrs. Rodriguez-Lema is one of three teachers form Spain that joined the Dallas Independent School District in 2015. Districts in Texas and across the U.S. are looking beyond the U.S. mainland to recruit and hire bilingual teachers to serve English-language learner students and native English speakers in dual-language programs.
